The afternoon was filled with enchanting moments from the very start, as the cast walked the Step and Repeat before entering the event. Cloaked greeters guided guests through the castle and into the Piano Bar for a trey-passed cocktail hour followed by a short performance featuring Magician David Golddrake and series star Warwick Davis to introduce the episodes.

While guests enjoyed the private screening, the series stars partook in a 30-minute magic show in the Parlour of Prestidigitation. The afternoon concluded with self-service stations in the Inner Circle, where 5 roaming magicians performed and engaged guests throughout the space.

No detail was forgotten, as key elements of the film were intertwined into the already majestic interior of the venue, including actual props and costumes from the show!

A 6ft backdrop was created as a hero photo moment inside the event, featuring a polished metal, die-cut fabricated WILLOW logo which extended out of the backdrop to create a unique 3D effect. Physical faux foliage and tree vines surrounded the logo for an overall mystical forest feel to the display.
