IHC WAS TAPPED BY PARAMOUNT TO HYPE UP THE VMAS WITH MOBILE DJ POP UPS AROUND LA LEADING UP TO THE AWARDS.

Pop-up performances usually ask people to travel to one fixed venue, but The Moon Mobile turned the journey itself into the show with the final destination being music’s most iconic night.

Drumming up excitement with the unexpected, in the days leading up to the VMAs, established DJs performed live from our custom moving stage that served as a traveling billboard across Los Angeles.

At multiple stops, the Moon Mobile met a waiting crowd and created an unmissable sense of urgency as it drove endless social sharing about ‘what happened next’ - as it lead all the way up to the VMAs themselves.

THE MOON MOBILE

We worked with Galpin Auto Sports to pimp out a 36-ft monster limo truck and turned it into the Moon Mobile featuring live DJs sets, creators, and a hot seat for press to come along for the ride. The Moon Mobile included a fully custom blue chrome wrap, VMAs logo custom grill, and branded decals.

The exterior included a Moon Person hood ornament, branded mud flaps, custom flags, and speakers to keep the party rolling. The interior was decked out with vinyl decals, branded pillows, and a full DJ setup, holding up to 12 people with the windows open and music blasting for peak visibility.
