Universal Studios and Peacock engaged IHC to produce an influencer event for the release of their feature film Firestarter.
Taking place at a popular Hollywood venue, this fun happy hour activation brought the film to life in an environment where guests were entertained with plenty to share. Full of photo opps, themed F&B (including flaming cocktails) and immersive world building, it was truly a night to remember.
The film’s lead Ryan Kiera Armstrong paid a visit, posing with guests in front of the iconic flaming logo. DJ Bianca Lexus kept the dance floor alive while Cobrasnake captured the night.
Upon arrival, guests were immediately welcomed onto the scene of Charlie’s accident, through artful set dressing and in-world details, and the Firestarter film at large with massive fire projections and a burning logo. Immersive DSI Agents in their combat gear and fire-protective suits interacted with guests while on the hunt for Charlie. They hunted clues throughout the night and interrogated guests while Charlie did her best to stay hidden.

Guests were able to pay homage to the Firestarter poster with our statement LED photo booth that placed them in the flames. Guests lined up all night long to participate and place themselves inside the iconic image. Tommy B was the master behind the lens, providing printed takeaways and an instantly shareable digital copy.
Attendees also had the opportunity to recreate the iconic “Disaster Girl” meme, which features a no-fucks-given little girl watching a house burn. Guests went wild creating memorable memes of their own. Tommy B was the master behind the lens, providing printed takeaways and an instantly shareable digital copy.
