Doodles—the NFT brand known for its playful characters and joyful use of colors—sought a creative partner to help premiere their original film to the world at the Toronto International Film Festival.
IHC was enlisted to translate the brand and its ethos into a memorable red carpet debut coupled with a who’s who celebratory party. Months of teasers, original music releases, and production development culminated in an immersive evening with musical stars Pharrell, Coi Leray, Trippie Redd and more in attendance.
Giant rainbow drips were projected onto the exterior of our venue, Design Exchange (the original Toronto Stock Exchange), creating a striking and colorful arrival moment.Key attendees walked through the rainbow portal onto the pink carpet to pose in front of the branded step and repeat for pictures and press interviews.
Inside, was a fully animated world with floor to ceiling projections across the main walls that evolved throughout the evening. Lush plant arrangements completed the aesthetic.
Inside, a virtual tour de force on the international club and special event circuit, DJ Spider spun live all night long to keep the dance floor grooving. As guests accumulated, we screened two brand new Doodles music videos, followed by CEO Julian Holguin introducing the premiere of Dullsillve and the Doodleverse to the crowd. The moment closed out with another debut of an unreleased Doodles track.
The boutique-style merch store was a custom-built space offering exclusive Doodles products for purchase, including brand collaboration pieces with G-SHOCK, Jibbitz, Adidas and Arizona Iced Tea.
