The album, which has been manufactured on PINK VINYL with artwork by the esteemed UK legend, KATE MOROSS, features HEARTSREVOLUTION’s hit single ‘C.Y.O.A.’ (Choose Your Own Adventure) and remixes of the aforementioned track by BRODINSKI, LAZARO CASANOVA, CFCF, LAUREN FLAX and DAN OH. It’s almost hard to imagine being where we are right now. I met LO (from HEARTSREVOLUTION) almost 4 years ago now. She was working at THE STANDARD HOTEL at the time and I was talking to her about beginning a daytime party there with some friends (this became SUNDAY-FUNDAY, for those who remember). At the time IHEARTCOMIX was nothing more than a loose moniker and HEARTSCHALLENGER was just a unpainted ice cream truck in a garage attached to a dream.

LO and I became friends quickly and due to separate obligations, ended up in NYC at the same time. We spent a few days roaming around the city getting into adventures and left with a promise to each other that we’d ‘Choose Our Own Adventure’ and see our dreams through.

Who would have guessed that for years later that HEARTSCHALLENGER would have an ice cream truck on each coast and LO would have started an off shoot of her brand as a band called HEARTSREVOLUTION and take the world by storm! I certainly would have never have guessed at the time that I would start a record label and eventually have the honor of putting out my friend’s music, but here we are, and yet, somehow, it feels like we’re still just getting started.

This is just the beginning, more good things from HEARTSREVOLUTION and IHEARTCOMIX to come (like the SWITCHBLADE EP out JUNE 24)!

To celebrate the release of the record, we're letting lose another remix off the record. This is the remix by DAN OH. He's one of the best DJs in LA and was the winner of the CYOA REMIX CONTEST. Personally, it's probably my favorite remix on the record!
