OMG! We were so busy partying and celebrating that we forgot to post this online! It's better late than never... MATT AND KIM WON A VMA!

THIS IS SERIOUSLY FUCKING AMAZING! Who could have guessed that when we put out our first record that three years later MATT AND KIM would be on top of the world taking home 'BREAKTHROUGH VIDEO' at the MTV VMAS!!??!? It happened! The video for 'LESSONS LEARNED' as directed by TAYLOR COHEN and OTTO ARSENAULT (the same team behind the ACID GIRLS video) took the award beating out the likes of DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE, THE YEAH YEAH YEAHS, MAJOR LAZER, BAT FOR LASHES and tons more!

We are so proud of and happy for MATT AND KIM and TAYLOR and OTTO!! 2009 has been such a great year for them, and FADER has been doing them good! We can't wait to see the heights they go to next.
